Work Overview:

Managed a design team and Implemented a data-centric approach to product management, making decisions based on data collected from research, market analysis and A/B testing. Helped to leverage product metrics like KPIs, OKRs, North Star, and cycle time reports to make informed decisions.

Objectives:

  1. Create from 0 all the branding and elements for the StartUp.
  2. Create a design system.
  3. Create prototypes and flows for the web and mobile platform.
  4. Create the UI elements for every screen.
  5. Create the website.

Scope of Work:

  • Help the user to create apps that can help to do Procurements, Flows and Knowledge
