HELPED TO CREATE NEW FEATURES FOR A WORLDWIDE PRODUCT

Work Overview:

I contributed to the evolution of Google Workspace — including Google Meet, Docs, Slides, and Sheets — by designing UI components and interaction flows that strengthened real-time collaboration across products.

Objectives:

I led the design of features that allowed users to tag collaborators and track multiple projects directly within Docs, as well as integrate Google Meet seamlessly into the document experience. This initiative later evolved into the floating Meet window visible when users navigate away from a tab — enhancing focus, continuity, and productivity during teamwork.

Scope of Work:

I was responsible for creating end-to-end user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity screens; conducting user testing to validate design hypotheses; and partnering closely with Workspace stakeholders to align on strategic direction. The final demo effectively showcased how these features could elevate collaboration within the Google Workspace ecosystem.
