Work Overview:
As Head of Product & Design, I led multidisciplinary teams of Product Managers, Designers, and Researchers, collaborating closely with Engineering, Compliance, and Commercial stakeholders to define product strategy, design direction, and customer experience.
Objectives:
My leadership extended beyond delivery — I shaped how AI became part of the product fabric, designing experiences that anticipate user needs and provide actionable insights before they are requested. From surfacing revenue opportunities to forecasting decisions through intelligent visualizations, these solutions transformed data into strategic guidance and positioned our products as business enablers.
Key products I helped bring to life include Recurrence PIX, Reconciliation/Refund, and 3DS — all balancing innovation, usability, and measurable impact.
Scope of work:
Responsibilities:
- Define product vision, strategy, and design direction across multiple initiatives.
- Integrate AI into the product fabric, designing proactive experiences that anticipate user needs.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights through dashboards, visualizations, and predictive tools.
- Guide the creation of end-to-end product experiences, from user research and prototyping to UI design and usability validation.
- Ensure alignment between business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility.
- Mentor and grow the design team, establishing processes, standards, and a strong design culture.
Key Deliverables:
